Delivery & Shipping Policy
1. Business Days
Please be advised that the official business days for MOJ Honey are from Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and public holidays are considered holidays for all employees of MOJ Honey and our shipping partners.
Our primary mission is to offer you the best online shopping experience. We strive to make your shopping and shipping process as smooth and convenient as possible because your satisfaction is our priority.
2. Delivery Methods
MOJ Honey delivers your orders primarily through third-party courier services to ensure the timely arrival of your order.
Standard Delivery: We aim to deliver your order within two to four business days, depending on your geographical area. You will have the option to choose the most convenient delivery time that suits your schedule.
Urgent Orders: If you require urgent delivery, please contact our customer service team. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
3. Delivery Confirmation
Upon delivery, we will ask for your signature on a copy of the invoice to confirm receipt of the goods. We will deliver the order to the registered address, and the signature of anyone present at the address will be considered as receipt of the order.
If no one is available at the registered address to receive your order, we will ask you to contact our customer service to arrange another delivery time. Please note that we cannot attempt delivery more than twice. MOJ Honey is not responsible for any order that exceeds 7 days from the first delivery attempt.
4. Delivery Time and Cost
In-stock Orders: In-stock orders are fulfilled within 5-7 business days.
Delivery Cost: Delivery costs are either:
Calculated at checkout depending on the product and the delivery address, or
Quoted after the order is placed for special orders, and included in your order’s final balance.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of the order. These times are provided as a guide and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 5 business days from the date of your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
The date of delivery may vary due to factors such as carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
6. Shipping Charges
To find out the cost of shipping your order, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once on the checkout screen, the shipping charges will be displayed.
