Due to the perishable nature of our honey products, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be required to provide proof of the damage or defect (e.g., photos) and the order number.
1.3. Return Process:
If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. The product must be returned in its original packaging. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. Products that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a return.

4. Exchange Policy
